About us

Rob’s Zwemschool was established in 1999 and is a recognized swim training institute. The training is in accordance with the National council of swim diplomas issuing the A, B, and C diplomas.

The swimming school offers private lessons to children and adults. The lessons are given individually or in small groups of 2 or 3. This ensures personal attention and provides intensive training. Childeren from 4 years are welcome at Rob's Zwemschool. Parents choose private lessons for their child because of the quality, personal attention and the restful atmosphere.

Additionally, our private lessons are beneficial to those who have gotten “stuck” in their regular group lessons and fail to progress. With the attention, understanding and specialized instruction the children receive during the private lessons, the swimming pleasure returns and the children progress as a result. There are also children that require a one on one approach because of a handicap or behavioral problem. These lessons are often covered by the “PGB” health care subsidy provided by the SVB.

The lessons are given in the swimming pool in the Ramada Amsterdam Airport Schiphol (water temperature 31°C), located at Sloterweg 299 in Badhoevedorp.
